Instagram Orders FAQs

Thank you for your claim on Instagram, I will post your claims in a specific listing under your username, (i.e. "Order for @RoseGoldCrystals"). 

Please search for your Instagram Username on the search bar above or click HERE. Please do not put spaces in your username.

If you can not find your username, please give me 12 hours window to add your invoices. If you still can not find your specific listing for purchase, please contact me immediately.

I will DM'd you your listing to purchase, payment must be made immediately to 24 hours. 

Your listing will have a list of what you claim on any Live Sales, Feed Sales, or Story Sales in the description box.

If your Listing was purchased by someone else, please notified me immediately.


DO NOT PURCHASE ANYONE ELSE'S ORDER OR YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM FUTURE SALES/PURCHASES.

FAILURE TO PAY: If it has been more than 24 hours and you do not make payment, your listing will be marked "Canceled" and you will be blocked from further claiming with Rose Gold Crystals. Your listing will still be public that showed your failure to make payment.

If you have been wrongfully blocked by me, please send me an email at: Jayleen@RoseGoldCrystals.com with your Instagram name and any previous purchases from me.

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Rose Gold Crystals LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns, refunds, or exchanges at any time.

Due to our no refunds, returns, or exchanges policy, we cannot accept any items back to us.

Shipping

Due to COVID-19: We will only ship on Saturday and Monday/Tuesday.

We work with USPS because we love and support them wholeheartedly. If you prefer any other shipping company, please contact me via Instagram: @RoseGoldCrystals or send me an email at: Sales@RoseGoldCrystals.com, so I can provide you the correct shipping quotes.

There is FREE U.S. SHIPPING OVER $35.00+ Starting November 1st, 2020.

If the purchases are under $35.00, shipping fee starts at $4.00 and go up based on the total weight of your package.

Domestic Shipping:

Under 1lb (First Class Package): Shipping Time 3 - 5 days

Over 1lb+ (Priority Mail FR Package): 1 - 3 days

Please note, processing time can take 2-5 days on top of your shipping days.

For example, if it takes us 3 days to pack & ship your order, and you paid for Priority 2-day delivery, it will take 5 days for your order to get to your door.

Any overage on shipping will be refunded. We will contact you directly if any refund are being issued. 

I do not offer free shipping for International Shipping.

International customers: if you prefer a shipping method beyond USPS we do offer FedEx, please send us a message to discuss options. Otherwise, we ship all international orders via USPS. International customers are responsible for all customs fees on the package.

Once a package leaves our place we no longer have control over the package. International customers are responsible for contacting their local carrier to determine the status of any package through the tracking number we provide you.

Due to high demand and limited woman power (1 person doing everything), we cannot change the shipping address of your order after it has been placed. 

All packages include a tracking number with tracking updates. We do not offer returns or refunds on missing packages that have been marked as delivered. Please contact the post office for any missing packages that have been delivered. 

If your package is returned to us (Rose Gold Crystals LLC) because you did not supply a complete shipping address, or because you have moved and did not update your forwarding mail address, or if you chose not to pay the customs fees when the package arrived in your country, then we will notify you and you will have to pay the shipping again for the package to be sent a second time. If we don't receive a response within 7 days, the buyer will be refunded for any undamaged item in full, minus the shipping cost.

All packages include a tracking number with tracking updates. We do not offer returns or refunds on missing packages that have been marked as delivered. Please contact the post office for any missing packages that have been delivered. If a package is left unclaimed or returned to sender (Rose Gold Crystals LLC), we will reach out to you directly via Instagram or Email so we can get you your package properly, you will be responsible for reshipping cost only. If we don't receive a response within 7 days, the buyer will be refunded for the undamaged item in full, minus the shipping cost. 

Open Box Policy

Open Box can only be held Open for ONE MONTH, we only offer limited open boxes due to limited space.

We offer Open Box to save on shipping materials & shipping cost for you for multiple orders.

If you want open boxes, please enter "Open Box" in ♡ Note to Me ♡ and during checkout, you can select the shipping option "OPEN BOX" which will not charge you for shipping fee. There is FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDER OVER $35 COLLECTIVELY.

Shipping fee will be added accordingly if order is under $35.00.

If you have multiple un-shipped orders that add up to $35.00 (shipping not included) but you paid for shipping for those orders, there will be a refund on shipping fee.

I will check in at the beginning of every month to see if you would like to close your box.

To be eligible for Open Box, you still have to pay full amount of your current invoice within the 24 hours time frame.

These are the ways you can communicate with us to close your Open Box:

1) Send us a message on Instagram: @RoseGoldCrystals or Email: openbox@rosegoldcrystals.com with your order number(s) and the message "Close my Open Box(es), please",

Example: "This upcoming order & Order #2504 & #1258 close my box please"

2) After exactly One Month from your first Open Box Order Request, we will automatically close your Open Box, whether you communicate with us or not.

i.e. Open Box Requested on October 19, 2020, Automatic Close Box date will be on November 19, 2020.

We will contact you directly to notify you that your box has been closed and in processing or shipping stage. 

If your box is under $35.00 purchases and does not qualify for free shipping, we will contact you directly to pay any additional shipping fee.

Payment Plan Policy

PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

To be eligible for Payment Plan, minimum order total amount must be $150.00 before shipping fee.

1. YOU MUST COMMUNICATE WITH ME IMMEDIATELY AFTER SALES VIA INSTAGRAM @ROSEGOLDCRYSTALS OR EMAIL ME AT SALES@ROSEGOLDCRYSTALS.COM, Subject Line: "Payment Plan Request"

I will not assume you want a payment plan. I will give you information on how the payment plan work. Any Coupon Code will not work on Payment Plan.

2. 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DUE IMMEDIATELY
This is 25% of your total amount as initial down payment and restock fee if you cancel or miss your payment deadline. This fee is due immediately.


3. 25% DUE WEEKLY UNTIL THE INVOICE IS FULLY PAID

You have 3 weeks to pay the invoice completely.  Order will be shipped once payment is full paid. It is your responsibility to pay off the invoice and kept track of the date. If payments are missed and more than 24 hours has gone by, your invoice is automatically cancel and the your deposit will be kept as non-refundable & restocking fee.

If you decided to cancel at any time of your payment, all payments and deposits are non-refundable.

If you’re being super generous and buying someone else a Rose Gold Crystals Gift Card, please make sure you get their email address correct! If you get it wrong and the Gift Card is emailed to someone else who uses it, we cannot change it or refund it to you. Check, double check and even triple check before you buy it.

All crystals and stones may have various inclusions, chips, cracks or other markings that make each stone unique. These are not "defects" but are natural markings and inclusions made by Mother Nature created beauty. Please refer to the photos of each item to view them prior to purchasing.

When photographing our crystals, although we do our best to get the best representation of the true colors of our crystals and stones, sometimes there might be a slight color variation. Due to computer screen resolutions as well as lighting and photography, colors may vary slightly. 

While our minerals and crystals are stable, please always remember to wash your hands after handling them. Licking, tasting, or otherwise consuming our minerals or crystals may result in significant health consequences. Avoid inhaling any dust from them. Please use your common sense while handling them. You should not permit your pets or children to have access to them. If You fear you, your child, or your pet is having a reaction to our minerals or crystals, please seek immediate medical attention. Rose Gold Crystals LLC does not promise any form of healing. Consult your doctor or a professional for any health concerns or questions. We do not promote crystals as a form of medication. Many crystals are sharp and heavy and must be handle with proper care, we are not responsible for any injuries resulting from crystals.
